Oh, Hello. It’s me again!

I wear TOMS 90% of the time.

LynZ Rulz was my rockstar name in high school.

No joke! I made the 'Z' cool before Jay Z (not really but it's what I like to tell myself).

I'm an old soul who also loves rap. But not just any rap, rap from the 90's and early 2000's.

I often feel I was born in the wrong century. I love most things vintage, especially historical buildings and old houses.

I come from a close, crazy family that I love with all of my heart.

I’m a volleyball coach and work with students with autism. I love all of my jobs equally and can’t imagine living a crazier life!

The natural world is beautiful to me and I love exploring it. Take me to the mountains anytime! But also, I just love traveling.

My aim in my business is to package with items that are reusable or recyclable. I also choose labs that use natural papers and other natural products. It’s important that my business leaves a green thumb print in the end!!

Want to know more... just ask!!!

My Experience

If you can believe it, I never had intentions to be a photographer. My mom was a photographer and I wanted to do my own thing. But one summer, I came home from college (to be a teacher) and needed a job. So I took one working at the photography studio my mom worked at. That was 15 years ago.

I didn’t start as a photographer, though. I started packaging prints for the little league sports that we did. I was also a photographer’s assistant on these photo shoots. Then after a couple years of being there, I started to learn photography. My first test subjects were high school seniors. Senior sessions were my first love and now, over a decade later, they’re my passion.

While going to college (to be a teacher), it finally dawned on me to take a photography class. It was a black and white film class and I LOVED it. It opened my eyes to so many aspects of photography and made me fall even more in love with the art. It made me look and light, and shadows, and natural and man made lines differently. It improved my editing incredibly. That class me appreciate being able to shoot digital. Editing your film involved hours in the darkroom, writing every little editing change down. After all of the hard work, I would do it again. It was worth it. That is why I value the art of photography, the highest quality of prints, and the value I put on myself and my experience,
